The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming. From the second you walk in you already feel at home. They take the time to listen to what your concerns and issues are and how you can reach your goals. No matter who you work with on a particular day they get up to speed with you and where your recovery is at. The hours and their flexibility is also great. Even having a “bad or off day” recovery wise, I always leave First Step feeling positive and looking forward. Thumbs up for sure!
